Dawn Huckelbridge, Director

Dawn Huckelbridge has experience in progressive policy, political organizing, communications, and building early-stage programs and campaigns. She has held leadership positions at Supermajority, American Bridge, Planned Parenthood, People For the American Way, and the Barbara Lee Family Foundation. She graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a master’s degree in gender and social policy and she studied communications and political science at Northwestern University.

Raven Dorsey

Raven Dorsey, Deputy Director of Engagement

Raven Dorsey joined the Paid Leave for All staff as a Program Coordinator in May 2020. Prior to that she was a Community Organizer for the Warren for President campaign, in Greensboro, North Carolina and a Development Associate at the Women’s Law Project where she coordinated events and fundraising efforts in the Philadelphia area. Raven completed her master’s of social work at the University of Pennsylvania in May 2018 and her bachelor’s degree in women and gender studies with a concentration in gender, sexuality and public health from SUNY Stony Brook. Raven also loves to serve her community as a certified labor and postpartum care doula.

Gabriella Parker

Gabriella Parker, Programs Associate 

Gabriella Parker has experience in policy and advocacy, research, event planning, and communications. She has worked on issues pertaining to food security and nutrition, poverty, climate change, gender justice, and paid leave policies. She graduated in 2019 from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in political science and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public administration and policy at American University.

Gabriela Rivera

Gabriela Rivera, Field Director

Gabriela Rivera is a seasoned campaign staffer at the local, state, and national level, including Hillary for America’s 2016 and Mike Bloomberg’s 2020 presidential campaign. She most recently worked at Moms Clean Air Force, where she developed and implemented the Ecomadres program aimed at engaging and empowering Latinx mothers around the issues of climate change, clean air, and toxics. She is originally from Mexico but was raised in Los Angeles, CA. Gaby is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego where she received a bachelor’s in political science, with a specialization in international relations and a Master of Public Affairs from the University of San Francisco.
